5. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard delivery time is 5-10 business days

6. Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the specialized nature of our products and the potential for modification after delivery, we do not accept returns or provide refunds except as required by law.

• Remote programming services are warranted for 30 days
• We will re-perform services at no charge if issues arise from our work
• Customer must provide reasonable access for warranty service

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE, ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL CRAIG HITE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
